- Honor those individuals who have died by suicide.
- provide primary prevention wellness strategies to safeguard mental health and prevent suicide.
- Provide intergenerational information and experiences about women's health, cancers, cardiovascular health, diabetes, hypertension, healthy aging, nutrition, and self-care.
- Provide wellness resources.
- Promote collective conversation and advocacy around mental health to destigmatize the shame and guilt associated with suicide, mental health, and co-morbid medical conditions.
